Councilwoman Betty Rackley

Betty was born and raised in Marshallville. She moved away to attend Oxford College of Emory University before graduating from Woman's College of Georgia (now GSCU). She taguht in the Peach County Public Schools while living on her husband's farm in Crawford County. She and her husband moved back to her hometown in 2010 after they both retired. Betty is the mother of two children and the grandmother of three. She is the fifth generation of her family to call Marshallville home.
